Where do you get your ingredients?
Unless stated otherwise, our products are formulated right here in the US, using quality ingredients sourced from all over the world.
Hey neighbor! Do your products go through any testing?
Regardless of country of origin, all of our manufacturers must be compliant with GMP regulations, and products are quality-control tested at multiple stages during processing and after we receive them to ensure they meet label claims for correct substance, purity and potency. We require our manufacturers to test for pathogenic bacteria (E.coli, Staph, Salmonella), fungal counts and heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic). We also require manufacturers to verify compliance with FDA regulations for BSE (mad cow) if any bovine components are used. Manufacturers must also verify products are compliant with Proposition 65 for sale in California.
Can I combine Swanson WIO™ supplements from different categories?

When should I take my supplements?
If there’s a better time to take any of our supplements, it will be stated on the bottle. Otherwise, a good rule of thumb is to take any sleep supplement 15-30 minutes before you go to bed and avoid energy supplements after you start winding down for your bedtime routine.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Oh heck yeah! All of Swanson WIO™ bottles and boxes are recyclable. Or you can repurpose them as herb containers, on-the-go snacking jars or even a new home for a small plant (just add some pebbles to the bottom for drainage.)
Can I give any of these supplements to my kids?
Currently, Swanson WIO™ vitamins are only safe for adults 18+. Also be sure to check with your doctor or medical provider when starting new supplements, especially if you’re taking any medication or other supplements, are pregnant or nursing or have an underlying medical condition.

What is your return policy?
We understand that self-care looks different for everyone, and sometimes that means one of our products might not be a good fit. If you’re not happy with a product, get ahold of us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll make it right by refunding you the product purchase price. Where is my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for our crew to get your order together. Once your goods are ready to ship, expect to see them at your door within 2 business days for physical addresses in the contiguous United States. For PO boxes please allow up to 7 business days. You'll receive a link to track your order.

For orders under $40 shipping is a flat rate of $7.00. Orders $40 and over standard shipping is on us!
