No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Meal-prep is a goal for many of us. It helps keep us on the straight and narrow when we’re shopping for groceries, saves us some time throughout the week and gives us one less thing to worry about as well.

These easy-to-make, fatigue-fighting energy bites take 10 minutes or less to make, taste amazing and provide a protein-packed burst of energy that our bodies need throughout the day.

Remember to be creative! You can substitute the peanut butter for any nut or seed butter, the honey for agave, chocolate chips for dried fruit or even swap out different flavors of protein powder to your heart’s desire.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup peanut butter

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

¼ cup rolled oats

¼ cup mini chocolate chips

¼ cup honey

½ tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Roll mixture into 10 bite-size balls
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 7 days
